Any claim arising during the use of the PQJob Application must be sent to PQLand Investment Joint Stock Company or its affiliates immediately after the event giving rise to the complaint. PQJob will resolve the Customer's dispute. 

PQJob will base on each specific case to have a suitable solution. When exercising the right to complain, the complainant is obliged to provide papers, evidence, and grounds related to the complaint and must take responsibility for the complaint contents, papers, evidence, and grounds. provided by us in accordance with the law.

PQJob only supports and resolves your complaints and denunciations in case you provide complete, honest, and accurate information.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and exclude PQJob from all legal obligations, proceedings, losses, and expenses including but not limited to court fees, attorneys' fees, and consultants' fees in connection with it. the settlement of or arising from the Customer's violation during the use of the PQJob Application.
